 Parent Information

Childcare is provided for children ages birth thru kindergarten.

 Mount Zion Baptist Church Children’s Policies

 A child must be free of a contagious condition (diarrhea, fever, thick mucus, nausea, or childhood illness) for twenty-four hours without medication in order to participate in the children’s programs.

 The preschool child and his/her teachers are the only ones permitted in the classroom during the childcare session.

A child will be released, only, to a parent who has returned the security tag.

Each set of parents must complete and “All About Me” form for each child, addressing food allergies and special needs.

Each set of parents must sign a Participation Permission Form for a child to be taken on a walk inside MZBC or to the playground.

Suggestions

v     Label all of your child’s belongings

v     Bring additional diapers and fresh wipes for younger preschoolers.

v     Bring a change of clothing in case there are food spills or toilet accidents.

v     Snacks may be provided.  Snack items will be posted outside the childcare area.

All parents must sign in and receive a security tag.

 All parents must sign out, and return the security tag before picking up their child.
